Farm2Grow offers volunteers all types of opportunities:

  • Join in field work - Pitch in to help plant, transplant, weed, fence, and harvest while learning first hand about sustainable agriculture 
  • On the farm - The farm consists of extensive grounds and plantings all of which needs to be maintained  
  • In our tunnel - plant seeds, maintain and water, transplant, and monitor our plants for the farm fields.  Learn hands-on about growing plants and operating a commercial greenhouse
  • Wildlife &Farm Animals - Our farm animals need to be kept fed and watered with clean bedding/shelter
  • In the Office - We can always use office help

No qualifications or experience are required, as we will provide you with training and support to help you carry out the tasks relevant to your role, safely and effectively.

Q.  How many hours do I have volunteer for?

A.  There are a number of options ranging from a few hours to several days a week. We always try and accommodate your needs and requests.


Q. Can gain any qualifications from volunteering at Farm 2 Grow?

A. Farm2Grow aim to offer all volunteers the opportunity to have a personal development plan in which they will be able to identify training needs and will be supported to access training.
Farm2Grow aim to offer both accredited and non-accredited courses and will support all volunteers in identifying their training needs.
